Therefore, NC machining has been widely concerned, but in terms of cost saving, NC machining is still higher than traditional machining. Next, we will specifically introduce the difference between CNC machining and traditional machining technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Processing technology<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the ordinary machining process, no matter the positioning reference, clamping mode, cutting tool, cutting method, etc., can be simplified, but the data processing process is relatively complex, and these factors need to be fully considered. Clamping and fixture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the NC machining process, not only the coordinate direction of the fixture and the machine tool should be relatively fixed, but also the dimensional relationship between the parts and the machine tool coordinate system should be coordinated. And the two steps of positioning and clamping need to be effectively controlled during the clamping process. Moreover, under the traditional machining process, because the machining capacity of the machine tool is limited, it needs to be clamped many times during the machining process.
