In order to improve production efficiency, casting stripping should be carried out as early as possible on the premise of ensuring quality. Sometimes, in order to prevent the casting from cracking, the casting after demoulding shall be immediately put into the holding furnace or buried in the sand pile for cooling. For some castings that are not easy to demould and need slow cooling and crack prevention, the casting mold with castings can be removed from the centrifugal casting machine immediately after the mold stops rotating, buried in the sand pile for slow cooling, and demoulding can be carried out at room temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
