A hydraulic power unit is used to provide the power source for the special hydraulic tooling, and the oil enters the hydraulic cylinder inside the main body of the tooling through the pipe to control the clamping and relaxation movement of the clamping element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The material removal amount of each profile of wing plate parts accounts for 70% of the material removal amount of the whole part, and the proportion of processing time is also very high. The manufacturing time of wing plate parts can be greatly shortened by improving cutting tools, optimizing cutting parameters and improving profile processing efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R220 of seco brand is adopted after improvement 69-0050-10-5A \u03c6 The 50mm insert end milling cutter head is matched with xoex10t304fr-e05 H15 blade (see Fig. 11) to complete the rough machining of various profiles. Compared with the integral milling cutter, the insert milling cutter has the characteristics of good rigidity and high economy \u03c6 50mm insert end milling cutter is suitable for square shoulder milling. The length of insert blade is 10mm and the maximum cutting depth can reach 9mm. One cutter can complete the processing of each end face and side of wing plate parts at the same time. In order to improve the machining efficiency, the full cutting width is almost used for cutting during tool walking. The feed FZ of each tooth is about 0.05mm\/z and the feed speed is about 900m \/ min.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"430\" height=\"503\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.ling-jin.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-290.png?resize=430%2C503\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-874\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.findtop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-290.png?w=430&amp;ssl=1 430w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.findtop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-290.png?resize=256%2C300&amp;ssl=1 256w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 430px) 100vw, 430px\" \/><figcaption>Figure 11 \u03c6 50mm insert end milling cutter head and blade<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Through the efficient improvement of the rough and finish machining of the wing plate part profile, the machining efficiency of the part is increased by more than 3 times, and the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the product are effectively guaranteed. The surface morphology of the profile processed before and after the improvement is shown in Figure 13. In addition, during finishing and high-speed cutting, metal materials are quickly cut off and separated from the workpiece surface, so the burr around the machined parts is significantly reduced, and the workload of subsequent fitter frustration and repair is greatly reduced, further shortening the overall processing time of parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\u3001 Concluding remarks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aerospace aluminum alloy structural parts account for a large proportion in the processing of aerospace product structural parts. Through efficient processing improvement, the product processing efficiency can be greatly improved, the processing time can be shortened, the labor intensity can be reduced, the product accuracy can be guaranteed, and the better product surface quality can be obtained.
